PSAB ESS: Engineering Technician (Secret Clearance)

What you will do

• Support surveying, drafting, construction management, and project management activities.
• Develop and maintain technical drawings, maps, and geospatial datasets using AutoCAD and GIS software.
• Conduct topographic, boundary, and utility field surveys.
• Support construction inspections, quality assurance, site preparation coordination, permits, and utility outage documentation.
• Maintain as-built drawings, facility records, infrastructure documentation, and airfield obstruction data.
• Update GeoBase, CIP, MDS, and MDL records in compliance with SDSFIE, Air Force, and Government requirements.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship and a current U.S. driver's license are required.
• A passport book with at least 13 months of validity and six blank visa or stamp pages is required.
• At least three years of combined experience in surveying, drafting, construction management, and project management.
• At least one year of recent experience using AutoCAD and GIS software, plus proficiency in technical drawings, maps, and geospatial data.
• Two years of experience working with public or government organizations.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance and willingness to sign an NDA. An associate degree and at least two years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of training and experience, is required.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting Air Force Civil Engineering programs.
• Familiarity with GeoBase, ArcGIS Pro, and SDSFIE standards.
• Experience in contingency or overseas environments.
