Marketing Growth & Communications Intern (Fintech)

Location: Remote, Peru

Salary: $800 USD gross per month

What you will do

• Build and launch consumer campaigns in Braze across email, push, SMS, and in-app channels.
• Build and QA landing pages and campaign assets, managing production, approvals, deployment, and stakeholder communication.
• Manage compliance and legal approvals for marketing assets.
• Maintain campaign briefs, schedules, reports, and final assets while keeping initiatives on schedule.
• Support in-app promotional setup and reporting for client and sales teams.
• Analyze campaign performance, test copy and creative variations, and recommend improvements to audience, timing, and messaging.

Requirements

• Professional written and verbal English communication skills are required.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in marketing, communications, advertising, business, or a related field.
• Experience writing short, engaging messages and interpreting campaign performance data.
• Basic creative design skills and knowledge of Figma.
• Demonstrated experience using Claude or equivalent large language model tools is required.
• Basic project management skills and comfort working in agile, matrixed teams with quick turnarounds.

Nice to have

• Prior experience with Braze or another CRM or marketing automation platform.
• Experience building email templates or landing pages.
• Experience with email, push notifications, in-app messaging, eCommerce, or digital marketing.
