What you will do
- Perform product quality tests, analyze results, and drive corrective actions to improve performance.
- Own customer-issue KPIs and coordinate claim analysis and quality-culture improvements.
- Manage base material quality losses and drive continuous improvement of total waste performance.
- Manage the factory quality system and coordinate quality targets across production processes.
- Support WCM activities and pillar progress within the factory.
- Train operators and technicians on process improvements and quality requirements.
Requirements
- Completed engineering degree or equivalent qualification.
- 3–5 years of QA or related work experience.
- Knowledge of WCM and experience with production processes.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, BRC, ISO 22000, OHSAS 18001, SPC, and TQM systems.
