What you will do

• Own and execute the communications and reputation strategy across the US and LATAM.
• Advise the CEO and senior leadership on positioning, messaging, stakeholder engagement, and sensitive business issues.
• Develop a differentiated corporate narrative and lead corporate communications, media relations, and executive positioning.
• Build relationships with national, business, financial, and industry media across the region.
• Lead communications for announcements, partnerships, investments, launches, crises, reputational issues, and regulatory matters.
• Build and lead a high-performing regional communications function while adapting communications to local market realities.

Requirements

• Significant experience in corporate communications, public relations, or a related field.
• Experience leading communications across the US and multiple LATAM markets.
• Experience working with CEOs, C-suite executives, boards, senior journalists, and influential stakeholders.
• Strong expertise in reputation management, crisis communications, media relations, and executive positioning.
• Strong business acumen, political and cultural awareness, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Fluent/native-level English and fluent Spanish required.
