What you will do

• Lead and develop one direct report through guidance, coaching, and training.
• Oversee fixed asset, general ledger, inventory, and month-end/year-end close operations.
• Manage inventory revaluations, review standard costs, and support inventory counts.
• Review analyses, reports, journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements.
• Explain account fluctuations to senior leadership and support external and internal audits.
• Assess and improve accounting processes and systems to increase efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting.
• At least 12 years of accounting experience, including 7–9 years working with fixed assets and related duties.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel formulas.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail and multitasking skills.
• Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, and cross-functional communication skills.
