Public Affairs Leader (AI)

Base compensation: $150,000–$187,500 USD per year

What you will do

• Manage and develop a field team of three public affairs professionals as new markets become active.
• Act as deputy to the VP of Public Affairs, representing the function internally and supporting strategic decisions.
• Develop and execute a community engagement playbook from project introduction through construction and operations.
• Represent Nebius before elected officials, planning boards, public town halls, and community open houses.
• Identify political, regulatory, and community risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate stakeholder strategy with legal, infrastructure, communications, and marketing teams.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience in public affairs, communications, and/or community engagement.
• Hands-on experience developing infrastructure projects and engaging communities.
• Experience managing teams and external consultants.
• Ability to translate complex policy and community dynamics into clear executive briefings.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States and provide proof of employment eligibility.

• Experience in data centers, energy, or other large-scale infrastructure.
