Digital Quality Engineer (Manufacturing & Quality Systems)

Location: Newark, Delaware, United States; on-site. The successful candidate must qualify as a U.S. Person under applicable U.S. export-control laws and regulations.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain dashboards, Power Apps, and reporting tools for manufacturing and quality operations.
• Build user-friendly data collection and reporting solutions.
• Support SPC, SQC, MRB, and other quality data systems.
• Ensure data integrity, traceability, and compliance with quality system requirements.
• Partner with Quality, Engineering, Operations, and IT to deliver practical digital solutions.
• Automate manual processes and improve reporting efficiency, data visibility, traceability, and audit readiness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with SQL, APIs, and data management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and the ability to create practical, user-friendly interfaces.
• Understanding of OPC, TCP/IP, and serial communication protocols.
• Strong ownership, accountability, follow-through, accuracy, system reliability, continuous improvement, adaptability, quality, innovation, operational excellence, and customer-focused problem solving.
• Ability to balance technical rigor with simple, usable solutions for manufacturing and quality users.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power BI, Power Apps, and Microsoft Power Platform.
