Location: Columbus, Ohio, United States. Travel to trade shows, customer locations, and field installations is expected approximately 15–25% of the time.

What you will do
- Capture high-quality photography and video of products, people, customers, environments, and autonomous welding operations.
- Plan and lead end-to-end shoots, including scoping, shot lists, on-site logistics, and direction of non-professional subjects.
- Work safely with operations teams in active manufacturing environments and at customer and field locations.
- Edit, color grade, mix audio, and deliver finished assets for web, print, social media, press, and sales.
- Create short-form cutdowns, reels, GIFs, vertical variants, motion graphics, lower thirds, and light VFX.
- Maintain the media library and manage footage backup, archival, and version control while shaping Path’s visual and narrative direction.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional shooting and editing experience in marketing, agency, or in-house environments, or equivalent demonstrated ability.
- Experience leading shoots independently and owning planning, on-site decisions, and final cuts.
- Strong command of Premiere Pro or Final Cut, color grading with DaVinci Resolve or Lumetri, and After Effects.
- Strong camera, lighting, and audio fundamentals, including filming welding arcs and interviews in loud manufacturing environments.
- Willingness to follow site safety requirements and work in active manufacturing environments.
- Availability to travel approximately 15–25% for trade shows, customer visits, and field installations.
Nice to have
- Industrial, manufacturing, or technical subject-matter experience.
- Drone experience and current Part 107 certification.
- Multi-camera or live event production experience.
- 3D, CAD visualization, product animation, or brand systems experience.
