Transfer Pricing Intern (Tax)

Location: Atlanta, Georgia, United States. Hybrid work model with in-person attendance required at least three days per week at a hirify.global office or client site. Travel to client sites and additional hours may be required.

What you will do

• Support transfer pricing projects for multinational and domestic clients.
• Assist with strategies and solutions involving inter-company transfers of goods, intangible property, services, and loans.
• Prepare tax provisions, transfer pricing documentation, related-party transaction analyses, and materials supporting transfer pricing defenses.
• Conduct financial and economic analyses, industry and market research, valuations, and comparative financial benchmarking.
• Assist in preparing valuation reports for closely held and publicly traded companies.
• Gather information from client management and staff while maintaining effective client relationships.

Requirements

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Tax accounting skills and knowledge of GAAP.
• Strong research, computer, analytical, written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong technical aptitude.
• Demonstrated project planning and time management skills; ability to work effectively in a complex team environment.
• Minimum overall GPA of 3.0/4.0 and authorization to work in the U.S. without employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
