International Tax Business Intern (Tax)

Location: New York, United States; travel to assigned client locations is required

What you will do

• Support strategic, integrated tax solutions for outbound and inbound structuring.
• Research tax matters and assist with tax planning.
• Apply knowledge of foreign tax credits and worldwide tax minimization.
• Develop understanding of transfer pricing and accounting for income taxes.
• Assist with IFRS/GAAP convergence and foreign assignment planning.
• Work with international businesses to develop cross-border tax strategies and client solutions.

Requirements

• Completion of at least 90 credit hours.
• Currently pursuing a B.A., B.S., J.D., or equivalent degree from an accredited university.
• Accounting major.
• Ability to travel to assigned client locations and arrange reliable transportation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
