International Tax Associate

Location: Charlotte, United States. Full-time role with required travel to assigned client locations and reliable transportation.

Compensation: $70,400–$84,000 annually.

What you will do

• Provide strategic, integrated tax solutions for inbound and outbound structures.
• Support cross-border tax strategies for businesses operating internationally.
• Complete tax planning and tax research, including work involving foreign tax credits.
• Develop knowledge of worldwide tax minimization, transfer pricing, and accounting for income taxes.
• Assist with IFRS/GAAP convergence and foreign assignment planning.
• Collaborate on multiple client engagements and assignment components in a team environment.

Requirements

• B.A., B.S., J.D., or equivalent degree from an accredited university.
• Accounting major.
• Ability to travel to assigned client locations and arrange reliable transportation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work effectively on a team and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Progress toward successful completion of the CPA exam.
