Senior Pharmacometrician (PK/PD Modeling)

Salary: $124,500–$236,500 base pay annually

What you will do

• Lead multidisciplinary pharmacometric modeling and simulation activities across multiple drug development projects.
• Execute analytical strategies, lead teams, and interpret data in the context of mechanisms of action, disease areas, and research questions.
• Develop and optimize PK/PD modeling, statistical analysis methods, and new modeling and simulation proposals.
• Author regulatory documents, including PK/PD analysis plans, study reports, population PK reports, exposure-response analyses, common technical documents, and labeling materials.
• Represent Pharmacometrics in Clinical Pharmacology and clinical project teams, presenting analyses to project teams and leadership.
• Collaborate with functional leads, publish scientific work, present at conferences, and participate in internal and external working groups.

Requirements

• PhD with typically 3+ years of relevant experience, or a master’s degree with typically 9+ years, or a bachelor’s degree with typically 13+ years.
• Relevant experience in data science, mathematics, biostatistics, modeling and simulation, pharmacometrics, or systems pharmacology.
• Strong scientific track record and technical skills relevant to pharmacometric modeling and analysis.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with internal functional representatives.
• Strategic thinking, enterprise perspective, and demonstrated leadership capabilities.
• Ability to influence colleagues, drive cross-functional alignment, and maintain accountability.
