Web & SEO Manager

Location: Fully remote, preferred location global; working hours are 9 am–6 pm CT.

Salary: USD 1,600–2,000 per month.

What you will do

• Manage, maintain, update, and secure the WordPress website end to end.
• Execute technical, on-page, local SEO, and generative engine optimization strategies.
• Optimize Google Business Profile, local listings, NAP consistency, and map positioning.
• Monitor Google spam audits, algorithm updates, automated filtering, rankings, traffic, and conversions.
• Troubleshoot listing and ranking issues, including communication with Google Support.
• Coordinate with leadership, external marketing agencies, and vendors while creating blogs, newsletters, press releases, and reputation-management content.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in SEO, GEO, and web development for U.S. companies.
• Proven experience maintaining and updating WordPress websites.
• Strong technical, on-page, and local SEO expertise with demonstrated ranking and traffic results.
• Experience optimizing content for AI discovery, generative engine optimization, and LLM-driven search tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, self-directed approach to identifying technical risks and recommending solutions.

Nice to have

• Experience with U.S. law firms or other competitive, high-intent local services.
• Experience in reputation management and Google Reviews management.
• Experience developing blogs, newsletters, or press releases.
