Location: Head Office in Dublin, Harold's Cross; hybrid working model

What you will do
- Lead and support creative responses to client gifting briefs, translating campaign themes, brand values, and customer needs into gifting concepts.
- Develop creative narratives, collection stories, presentations, and brand-aligned merchandise collections.
- Curate premium merchandise using knowledge of product quality, materials, decoration methods, and finishes.
- Develop new product ideas and custom solutions while collaborating with B&M and production teams on feasibility and scalability.
- Apply strong creative judgment and maintain quality, consistency, and visual standards across collections, products, and presentations.
- Manage multiple briefs and deadlines while collaborating with Creative, B&M, Production, and Content teams.
Requirements
- Strong experience in creative design, merchandise, branding, or campaign-focused design.
- Excellent creative and conceptual thinking, presentation, storytelling, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Strong understanding of product development, materials, decoration techniques, and premium product collections.
- High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Ability to manage multiple briefs and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A sharp eye for detail, aesthetics, and visual consistency.
Nice to have
- Experience in branding, merchandise, gifting, retail, or creative agency environments.
- Awareness of trends, product innovation, and premium merchandise standards.
