Sr. Operations Quality Director

What you will do

• Lead manufacturing quality across sites in Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Shanghai, and other locations in China.
• Develop and execute regional quality strategy with Global Operations & Supply Chain leaders.
• Oversee quality management systems, assurance, control, reliability, and compliance programs.
• Assess site performance, risks, process capability, and operational improvement opportunities.
• Lead FDA and regulatory inspection readiness, audit management, remediation planning, and sustained compliance.
• Build quality leadership pipelines and foster accountability, patient focus, and continuous improvement across geographically dispersed teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Quality, Manufacturing, or a related discipline.
• At least 15 years of relevant experience, including 10 or more years of managerial and people leadership experience.
• Experience leading quality functions in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems, regulatory compliance, risk management, auditing, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience supporting FDA inspections, audit readiness, and remediation programs.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and develop high-performing teams.

• Prior site quality leadership experience.
• Experience leading quality across multiple manufacturing sites, geographies, or regions.
• Experience in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or another highly regulated industry.
• Experience with succession planning, talent development, quality culture transformation, and operational excellence.
