What you will do

• Listen to and evaluate short English audio recordings.
• Assess pronunciation, accents, fluency, tone, natural speech patterns, and audio quality.
• Evaluate whether speech sounds natural and authentic to the target accent or region.
• Identify unnatural or inconsistent elements in spoken English.
• Provide clear, structured feedback while following project guidelines.

Requirements

• Native-level English proficiency with strong knowledge of a regional English accent.
• Native English speakers from Ireland, Australia, or the United Kingdom.
• Strong understanding of pronunciation and natural speech patterns.
• Excellent listening, analytical, written communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in voice coaching, voice-over, or speech analysis.
• Background in music, audio engineering, or sound production.
• Experience in linguistics, phonetics, language teaching, media, or communications.
• Previous experience evaluating speech or audio recordings.
