What you will do

• Design complex, domain-specific problems and datasets for rigorous generative AI model evaluation.
• Provide expert insights to improve model accuracy, reasoning, and overall performance.
• Collaborate with AI labs, platforms, and hirify.global’s interdisciplinary research network.
• Contribute to technical reports and research publications with the research team.
• Participate in flexible review, advisory, research, and training projects.

Requirements

• PhD, postdoctoral, or professorial experience with domain expertise in STEM or related disciplines.
• Expertise in fields such as computer science, machine learning, physics, biology, chemistry, mathematics, or related areas.
• Experience or strong interest in applied AI research.
• Detail-oriented, innovative, analytical, and collaborative mindset.
• United States work authorization required; visa sponsorship is unavailable.
