Senior Principal Product Manager (Cybersecurity)

hirify.global provides the Enterprise TruRisk Management platform and cybersecurity products for measuring, prioritizing, and reducing cyber risk.

What you will do

• Own the roadmap and execution for mROC modules covering multi-tenant risk management, reporting, analytics, dashboards, partner workflows, and AI-powered experiences.
• Translate complex cybersecurity and managed-services concepts into requirements, prioritization logic, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
• Use AI tools to accelerate requirements, documentation, and interactive prototypes.
• Partner with engineering and UX to define requirements, prioritize sprints, manage trade-offs, and ship high-quality features.
• Drive platform-first design across multi-tenant data models, RBAC/SSO, identity, workflow orchestration, and integrations.
• Embed agentic AI into risk queries, recommendations, upsell/cross-sell workflows, and automation while supporting MSSPs, channel partners, GTM teams, and regional stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in product management or technical product roles.
• Experience building technically complex platform or cybersecurity products.
• Strong knowledge of at least two areas including vulnerability management, RBVM, patching/remediation, SOC/XDR/MDR, compliance, or threat detection.
• Understanding of multi-tenant data models, workflows, integrations, identity and access management, and scalable systems.
• AI-first working approach, including using AI tools for requirements, documentation, and working prototypes.
• Ability to work hands-on with engineering, operate as a self-directed individual contributor, mentor teams, and collaborate with US-based product and GTM leadership.

Nice to have

• Experience with MSSP, MDR, managed security services, or multi-tenant partner-facing platforms.
• Experience building agentic AI, copilots, intelligent recommendations, or workflow automation.
• Familiarity with Figma, reporting and analytics, dashboards, ServiceNow, Jira, CMDBs, and SSO/identity providers.
