TL;DR
Data Scientist (AI) (Machine Learning/NLP): Designing, building, and deploying scalable machine learning, NLP, and generative AI solutions for peer-driven content analytics with an accent on sentiment analysis, topic modeling, LLM summarization, and statistical experimentation. Focus on building reusable AI pipelines, developing ranking and scoring methodologies, deploying models with MLOps practices, and translating analytical findings into strategic business insights.
Location: Gurgaon, India; hybrid work environment

What you will do
- Develop, deploy, and maintain scalable machine learning, NLP, and generative AI models using peer content data.
- Build reusable pipelines for sentiment analysis, topic modeling, LLM-based summarization, clustering, and related AI solutions.
- Design scoring systems, ranking algorithms, statistical models, experimentation frameworks, and success metrics.
- Apply bias detection, hypothesis testing, regression, and A/B testing to evaluate analytical solutions.
- Partner with Content Strategy, BTI, Product, DPT, and Engineering to turn model outputs into actionable content insights.
- Create PowerBI dashboards and self-service reports while ensuring data products are documented, version-controlled, and tested.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; a master’s degree in a quantitative field is strongly preferred.
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in data science or applied machine learning, delivering end-to-end business solutions.
- Advanced Python and SQL skills, including pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Deep experience with NLP, including topic modeling, sentiment analysis, text classification, and semantic similarity.
- Experience with LLMs, generative AI frameworks, Azure or AWS deployment, MLOps, experiment tracking, and production monitoring.
- Advanced PowerBI skills and the ability to communicate complex modeling decisions and insights to non-technical stakeholders.
