Your Responsibilities:
🔹Managing advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook), TikTok, and Snapchat in the U.S. market
🔹Full-cycle of performance marketing: campaigns launch, ongoing (testing multiple hypotheses, analytics, reporting), scaling to achieve KPIs.
🔹Collaboration with the creative team to test and develop effective creatives.
🔹Analysis and optimization of sales funnels, working with landing pages to improve conversion rates.
🔹Monitoring and analysis of competitors.
🔹Collaborate with the team and provide recommendations for campaign improvements.

Your Experience:
🔸Experience in Lead Generation from 2 years.
🔸Experience in running ads with budgets of $100K and above per month. Skills in scaling advertising campaigns.
🔸Experience in launching successful campaigns on Meta, TT, Snapchat.
🔸A deep understanding of the specifics of the U.S. advertising market, including its unique characteristics, trends, regulations, and consumer behavior.
🔸Ability to collaborate with creative teams and create briefs for testing new hypotheses.
🔸Experience in landing page optimization and understanding of CRO principles will be a plus.
🔸English - Upper-Intermediate or higher.
