Senior Data Scientist (AI Operations) (6-9 years exp only) (AI/GenAI): Operating, enhancing, and deploying production AI and GenAI applications with an accent on machine learning, LLMs, RAG architectures, and release management. Focus on resolving complex production issues, strengthening AI governance and compliance, onboarding customers, and improving operational scalability.
Location: Onsite in Pune, India. Applicants may be required to appear onsite at a office during the recruitment process.

What you will do
- Lead enhancement, maintenance, optimization, and operational support for production AI and GenAI applications.
- Resolve complex production issues, conduct root cause investigations, and improve application performance.
- Design, develop, validate, deploy, and enhance machine learning and GenAI solutions.
- Lead customer onboarding, adoption, communications, and technical guidance for critical initiatives.
- Oversee release planning, deployment, production readiness reviews, and post-release support.
- Drive AI governance, audit, security, risk, compliance, automation, and operational efficiency initiatives while mentoring junior team members.
Requirements
- 6–9 years of experience in data science, machine learning, AI operations, or related work.
- Strong expertise in LLMs, LangChain, LangGraph, agentic AI, RAG architectures, orchestration frameworks, and AI solution lifecycle management.
- Advanced Python proficiency for AI/ML development, automation, and operational support.
- Production experience developing, evaluating, deploying, monitoring, and supporting machine learning solutions.
- Strong data analysis, troubleshooting, and SQL skills.
- Understanding of AI governance, security, privacy, risk management, regulatory requirements, stakeholder management, communication, and technical leadership.
