Senior Fullstack Developer - Field Services (C#/.NET)

What you will do

• Architect complex client-side business logic and build responsive, intuitive web interfaces for field technicians.
• Adjust and optimize server-side logic using C# and .NET Framework 4.8.
• Debug multithreaded distributed software, identify bottlenecks, and improve performance, reliability, and fault tolerance.
• Integrate frontend code with a proprietary mobile framework for field use.
• Refactor and evolve the existing codebase to improve stability and execution speed.
• Support the integration of AI-powered features by understanding model mechanics and optimizing their performance.

Requirements

• Senior-level software development experience with strong TypeScript and JavaScript skills.
• Expertise with Webpack and a modern frontend framework: Angular, React, or Vue.
• Strong C# and .NET Framework 4.8 experience, including multithreaded and distributed logic.
• Functional proficiency in T-SQL and SQL, plus knowledge of design patterns, algorithms, data structures, and clean code principles.
• Ability to design and evaluate user-friendly interfaces for technicians working in demanding field conditions.
• Fluent written and spoken English is mandatory for documentation and team communication.

Nice to have

• Experience with dotTrace and dotMemory profiling and debugging tools.
• Commercial experience with ERP or CRM systems, especially hirify.global.
• Experience with Git.
