Technology Internship - Quality Assurance/Test Automation

What you will do

• Analyze business requirements and development tasks in JIRA to define required test validations.
• Create and manage test scripts and test cases in qTest.
• Support manual and automated testing and help deliver high-quality software testing services.
• Suggest improvements to testing architecture, tools, and team workflows.
• Collaborate with quality management, business users, change management, and development teams.
• Participate in daily stand-ups and track changes to requirements and development approaches.

Requirements

• Final-year student or recent graduate in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Knowledge of at least one programming language; Java is strongly valued.
• Knowledge of UNIX/Linux or Windows environments.
• Strong English communication skills required for daily collaboration with colleagues across global offices.
• Learning agility, problem-solving skills, initiative, and willingness to take ownership.
• Availability of at least 24 hours per week.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with automated testing concepts.
• Knowledge of agile or waterfall project management methodologies.
• Basic knowledge of SQL, Selenium WebDriver, web services, networking, Maven, and Git.
• Experience from internships, personal, academic, or group projects.
