What you will do
- Support treasury operations, including bank account access, password resets, token issue resolution, and user role administration.
- Reconcile bank statements and Accounts Receivable transactions.
- Reconcile the treasury administration tool with the bank portal and identify process improvement opportunities.
- Calculate and monitor key performance indicators related to treasury administration and Accounts Receivable.
- Coordinate with the IT team to resolve treasury tool issues promptly.
- Provide accurate and timely information for internal and external audits.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 4+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable.
- Strong accounting background and strong attention to detail.
- Understanding of the OTC cycle and reconciliation processes.
- Flexibility to work different shifts in a 24/7 environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Nice to have
- SAP experience.
- Advanced Excel knowledge.
