Senior Graphics and Motion Specialist (AI)

Location: Hybrid role based in Sydney or Melbourne, Australia, with remote flexibility and regular campus collaboration.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end production of locally relevant graphics and motion content.
• Provide creative direction, feedback, and work allocation across the creative team.
• Shape AI-assisted workflows from experimentation through publication.
• Use data, search signals, and market insights to identify content opportunities.
• Translate strategy into creative priorities and production plans.
• Collaborate with regional, platform, and operational teams to improve production quality, metadata, and discoverability.

Requirements

• Strong craft across graphics, illustration, and motion design.
• Experience guiding, reviewing, and elevating the work of other creatives.
• Comfort experimenting with AI tools and art-directing AI-assisted creative work.
• Ability to use data and insights to inform creative decisions while maintaining high craft standards.
• Ability to connect creative decisions with user needs and broader goals.
• Collaborative approach combined with ownership of individual work.
