Lead Motion Designer

What you will do

• Lead the design and animation of motion graphics for marketing campaigns, product explainers, and social content.
• Conceptualize and develop storyboards, frames, and animation sequences aligned with brand objectives.
• Mentor junior motion designers and guide creative execution for projects.
• Partner with video editors and graphic designers to produce cohesive multimedia content.
• Oversee motion production from concept to delivery, ensuring technical excellence and visual consistency.
• Develop reusable templates and motion design systems to streamline production.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Malaysia and able to work from the office at least 3 days per week.
• 5+ years of professional experience in motion design, animation, or creative production.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro.
• Strong sense of storytelling, timing, and visual composition.
• Proven ability to lead creative direction and guide teams.
• English: Strong communication skills required.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Cinema 4D or Blender.
