What you will do
- Provide legal advice on online product sales and compliance with food safety, cosmetics, commodity inspection, medical device, and e-commerce regulations.
- Advise on membership subscription systems, consumer protection, and related business models.
- Draft, review, negotiate, and manage e-commerce contracts and agreements.
- Monitor e-commerce transaction models, industry trends, and the business landscape to provide practical legal solutions.
- Collaborate with external counsel, internal departments, and cross-functional teams to mitigate legal risks.
Requirements
- Valid lawyer license and bar admission required.
- 5–10 years of legal experience in a law firm or as in-house legal counsel.
- Strong familiarity with the e-commerce industry, digital transaction models, and relevant regulations.
- Strong teamwork, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Native Mandarin Chinese and professional working proficiency in English required.
