Senior Specialist - Package Implementation (Oracle EBS Finance and Leasing)

What you will do

• Lead functional design and solution governance across Oracle EBS Financials, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, E-Business Tax, and Subledger Accounting.
• Lead lease lifecycle management across origination, contract administration, billing, collections, amendments, renewals, terminations, and asset disposal.
• Configure and optimize Oracle Lease Management and support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close processes.
• Ensure accurate lease portfolio accounting, classification, amortization schedules, and financial reporting.
• Translate business requirements into Oracle EBS solutions and provide executive-level status reporting and risk management.
• Partner with internal and external auditors and maintain application controls and financial governance.

Requirements

• 12–18 years of overall ERP experience, including at least 8 years with Oracle EBS Financials and 5 years in leasing or lease accounting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Experience supporting US-based finance and accounting organizations.
• Experience with multiple Oracle EBS implementation or transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial controls, US GAAP, ASC 842, IFRS 16, SOX controls, and internal audit requirements.
• Strong stakeholder management experience across finance, accounting, leasing operations, business leadership, and technical teams.

Nice to have

• CPA, CMA, MBA in Finance, or equivalent qualification.
