Economic Mobility Partnerships Manager - Career Pathways (AI)

Location: Hybrid role based in the San Francisco headquarters; Washington, D.C. may be considered as a backup location. Staff are expected to work from an office at least 25% of the time.

Annual salary: $300,000–$365,000 USD

What you will do

• Lead Claude Corps end to end, including cohort launches, host organization pipelines, coordination with CodePath, measurement, and an open-source playbook.
• Develop and close large partnerships with talent developers, workforce organizations, philanthropic institutions, and public-sector partners.
• Deploy AI Fluency workforce development offerings for states and cities and drive adoption of AI Fluency and Claude fluency training.
• Coordinate with Anthropic Academy, Economic Research, Applied AI, Policy, Communications, and go-to-market teams, as well as external funders and agencies.
• Research program effectiveness and share open, replicable workforce models.

Requirements

• Experience structuring and leading large, multi-year, multi-stakeholder corporate, nonprofit, or public-sector partnerships with measurable outcomes.
• Experience working inside a large or fast-growing company, particularly on people, talent, HR, or early-career programs.
• Hands-on experience building, deploying, or leading AI fluency, technical training, learning, or talent development programs.
• Ability to create structure amid ambiguity, adapt programs quickly, and prioritize execution and impact.
• Executive-level communication skills, including strong writing and public speaking across corporate, nonprofit, and government audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience.

Nice to have

• Experience designing learning programs end to end.
• An established network across workforce development, philanthropy, or the public sector.
• Hands-on fluency with Claude, including personally built workflows, tools, or assets.
