Fullstack Software Engineer

Location: Remote, USA

Salary: $115,000–$130,000 per year; full-time W-2 employment.

What you will do

• Design, develop, test, debug, and maintain full-stack web applications using C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework, React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Build and consume RESTful APIs and web services while developing responsive interfaces for browsers and devices.
• Create, maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize SQL Server tables, views, stored procedures, functions, and queries.
• Participate in requirements gathering, architecture discussions, technical design reviews, code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Investigate software defects, performance bottlenecks, and production issues across application, API, and database layers.
• Support application security, authentication, authorization, data protection, documentation, releases, and occasional on-call activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of professional software development experience and 3–5 years working with SQL Server databases.
• Strong experience with C#, .NET Framework or .NET Core, ASP.NET or ASP.NET Core, and Entity Framework.
• Experience with React, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, REST APIs, web services, Git, and Agile development.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, responsive web design, application security, and secure coding.
• Must be based in the USA; strong analytical, communication, collaboration, and prioritization skills are required.

Nice to have

• Experience with enterprise-scale business applications and production application support.
• Experience with architecture and technical design discussions.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, modern DevOps practices, cloud environments, and deployment activities.
