Solutions Engineer - Milan (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Provide technical pre-sales and post-sales support in partnership with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers.
• Work with sales teams throughout the end-to-end sales process and manage Proof of Value engagements.
• Act as the technical point of contact for clients, partners, and internal teams.
• Present Threat Intelligence Reports and cybersecurity guidance to technical audiences and C-level executives.
• Design and build custom client integrations and define solution architectures.

Requirements

• Technical background with experience in sales engineering and pre-sales or post-sales engagements.
• Strong interest in cybersecurity and knowledge of network and security devices and systems, including Cisco, Juniper, firewalls, IDS, IPS, and SIEM.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP and common networking protocols.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical information clearly.
• Ability to collaborate in an innovative, fast-paced environment and deliver to deadlines.
• Fluency in Italian and English is essential.
