Senior Environment Artist (Cyberpunk 2)

Estimated pay range: $99,000–$163,400 USD annually

What you will do

• Design and execute environment art for sprawling city districts and detailed interiors.
• Create architectural kits and modular building assets that define the game's visual style.
• Draft large-scale districts, shaping composition, world building, and player flow through iterative development.
• Collaborate with Art Directors, Art Leads, Tech Art, Engineering, and cross-disciplinary teams to maintain artistic consistency and develop production pipelines.
• Improve production methods, optimize pipelines, meet deadlines, and mentor other artists.

Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant professional experience or equivalent demonstrated skill.
• Mastery of Unreal Engine.
• Industry-leading skills with Blender and Substance Painter; Blender is the primary 3D modeling package.
• Strong understanding of composition, scale, proportions, color theory, lighting, and materials.
• Deep practical understanding of level design principles.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, ownership, and a team-first approach; a portfolio is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Google Workplace, Miro, Jira, Confluence, or P4V.
• Experience with photogrammetry and sculpting.
• Experience with procedural content creation.
