hirify.globalss="what-you-will-do">What you will do
- Lead tax and industry professionals in delivering tax compliance and consulting services.
- Manage all services for clients within an assigned book of business.
- Review and sign engagement letters, client deliverables, tax returns, and related work papers.
- Discuss assignment terms with clients and staff and approve fees.
- Monitor tax law changes and apply current knowledge to client work.
- Develop new business, expand services for existing clients, and mentor team members.

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting, taxation, or a related field.
- Current CPA licensure required; JD or EA may be accepted in lieu of CPA.
- 10+ years of public accounting experience in a tax role with a public accounting or professional services firm.
- Strong client advisory, relationship development, leadership, and tax service management capabilities.
