hirify.globalss="what-you-will-do">What you will do

• Lead tax and industry professionals delivering tax compliance and consulting services for S-Corporations, partnerships, and individuals.
• Assume responsibility for all services provided to clients in an assigned book of business.
• Develop new business and expand services for existing clients.
• Review and sign engagement letters and client deliverables, discuss assignment terms, and approve fees.
• Review and approve work papers and tax returns prepared by staff.
• Mentor the team, maintain current knowledge of tax law changes, and contribute to the practice at a senior leadership level.

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting, taxation, or a related field.
• Current CPA licensure required; a JD or EA may be accepted instead of a CPA.
• 10+ years of public accounting experience in a tax role with a public accounting or professional services firm.
• Experience leading client tax compliance and consulting engagements.
