Vulnerability Management Specialist (Cybersecurity)

Location: Hybrid in Porto, Portugal, three days per week. Candidates must be based in Portugal and hold Portuguese or EU citizenship or a valid work permit.

What you will do

• Produce structured and accurate reports on vulnerability findings and security posture.
• Prepare scheduled reports and respond to stakeholder requests for vulnerability information.
• Build, maintain, and analyze vulnerability datasets, dashboards, and reporting templates in Microsoft Excel.
• Synthesize complex technical information into clear written deliverables for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Present vulnerability status, priorities, and recommendations to internal teams and client stakeholders.

Requirements

• Five years of experience as a Vulnerability Management Specialist.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of vulnerability identification, risk assessment, and remediation tracking.
• Fluent English at B2 level.
• Based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit; available for hybrid work in Porto three times per week.
