What you will do

• Own the creative operating system for performance marketing, including intake, briefing, production, and post-mortem analysis.
• Act as the primary decision-maker for creative performance, determining which assets to scale, edit, or discontinue.
• Design and maintain agentic workflows that generate, adapt, and localize creative assets at scale.
• Translate performance data, audience insights, and product knowledge into actionable creative concepts.
• Facilitate brainstorms and briefing sessions to turn market context and product releases into effective ad campaigns.
• Share performance learnings across the organization to inform website, email, and organic content strategies.

Requirements

• Proven experience running high-volume creative testing in performance marketing.
• Daily proficiency with AI tools and a track record of building functional workflows, agents, or internal tools.
• Strong ability to articulate opinions on ad effectiveness and write compelling ad copy, including hooks and scripts.
• Comfort with rapid iteration and public failure in a high-velocity environment.
• Ability to balance speed with exceptional creative craft.
• English: C1+ proficiency required as it is the company language.
