UI Developer - Digital Products

Location: Texas, with the role specified for San Antonio or Dallas

Salary: $120,000–$130,000 per year, plus potential discretionary bonus

What you will do

• Translate UI/UX designs, wireframes, and mockups into functional, visually accurate interfaces.
• Build responsive web experiences that work consistently across desktops, tablets, and mobile devices.
• Implement accessible interfaces aligned with WCAG standards and user-centered design principles.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and back-end developers on requirements, feedback, and integration.
• Create prototypes, troubleshoot interface issues, and resolve bugs.
• Maintain pixel-perfect implementation across layout, typography, color, and interactive elements.

Requirements

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks or libraries such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Expertise in responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
• Familiarity with Git and UI development tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Understanding of WCAG accessibility standards.
• Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, debugging, and attention-to-detail skills.

Nice to have

• A portfolio demonstrating UI development work.
• Experience with design systems.
• Experience in fintech, insurance, or member-facing digital products.
