Location: Gratkorn, Austria; hybrid work with home office and on-site customer support

What you will do
- Provide proactive technical support and solution engineering for customers remotely and on site.
- Advise customers during system definition and support technical design-in activities.
- Lead customer projects in cooperation with regional support and sales teams.
- Deliver technical product and solution training to customers.
- Create application notes and technical support materials.
- Contribute engineering support during product development and share customer feedback for future products.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in C and C++ programming.
- Basic understanding of microcontrollers.
- Ability to work effectively in a global team environment.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for customer support and training.
- Security-related responsibilities may apply; a conscious and reliable working approach is required for security certifications.

- Knowledge of Python and Linux.
