Salary: $81,600–$122,400 per year, plus eligibility for the Incentive Plan.

What you will do
- Design manufacturing processes, procedures, production layouts, and operation sequences for cardiovascular combination products.
- Support a production line with a team of manufacturing engineers and technicians.
- Identify and implement improvements to reduce production scrap and improve process efficiency.
- Investigate and disposition nonconforming products and initiate corrective actions.
- Inspect machinery, equipment, and tools to verify performance and support product quality.
- Maintain manufacturing processes using statistical process control and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of relevant experience, or a master's degree with no minimum experience requirement.
- Must be located within reasonable commuting distance of Fridley, Minnesota, or be willing to relocate.
- Unrestricted U.S. work authorization is required at the time of hire and throughout employment; sponsorship is not available for this role.
- Degrees earned outside the United States must satisfy the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A).
Nice to have
- Operations or manufacturing experience focused on improving existing processes.
- Experience with DMAIC or similar problem-solving methodologies and leading problem-solving teams.
- Experience communicating findings to leadership.
- Experience with statistical software such as JMP or Minitab.
