Manufacturing Associate Level 1 (Pharmaceutical Manufacturing)

Location: On-site in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, United States. The role follows a rotating 12-hour day shift from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM: two days on, two days off, three days on, two days off, two days on, three days off.

What you will do

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment in accordance with GMP procedures.
• Set up and support cleaning processes, including CIP and SIP.
• Perform basic laboratory tasks, including pH and conductivity monitoring and sample testing.
• Handle and move materials safely across production areas.
• Complete production and documentation records accurately.
• Maintain clean, safe workspaces and participate in team activities and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Basic problem-solving and clear communication skills.
• Ability to follow procedures in a regulated, hands-on production environment.
• Team-oriented attitude and curiosity about manufacturing processes.

Nice to have

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field.
