Associate Manufacturing (Biotech)

What you will do

• Perform buffer and media manufacturing operations according to standard operating procedures.
• Monitor critical processes and execute routine validation protocols.
• Draft and revise manufacturing procedures, SOPs, and technical reports.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and assist with documentation reviews.
• Participate in cross-functional teams and represent the Solutions Prep group.
• Own minor deviations and recommend or implement improvements to routine functions.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED plus 2 years of manufacturing or operations experience, an associate degree plus 6 months of relevant experience, or a bachelor's degree.
• Knowledge of large-scale buffer and media operations, GMP processing, CFR, and regulatory requirements.
• Mechanical ability and basic troubleshooting skills for buffer and media equipment.
• Ability to use laboratory equipment and computers, including LIMS and TrackWise.
• Ability to apply basic chemistry, biology, physical principles, statistics, and technical writing skills.
• Ability to collaborate independently with support groups.

Nice to have

• Experience with DeltaV and laboratory equipment or testing.
