SALT-Indirect Tax CoE Analyst (Sales and Use Tax)

Location: Orlando, FL, United States; onsite work from the assigned office is required.

What you will do

• Prepare or assist with simple to complex U.S. sales and use tax returns.
• Resolve sales and use tax notices and client queries.
• Monitor, document, and apply changes in tax rates and sales and use tax laws.
• Collaborate with sales and use tax specialists and multidisciplinary engagement teams.
• Build and maintain relationships with engagement team members at different levels.
• Travel as needed and perform other assigned duties.

Requirements

• Associate degree in a business-related major preferred; high school graduation is listed as the degree level.
• One to two years of customer service-related experience preferred.
• Critical-thinking, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to learn tax technical matters, workflow processes, and proprietary technology.
• Ability to follow firm standards, improve processes, share knowledge, and work effectively in cross-cultural business settings.
• Ability to work onsite from the assigned office in Orlando and travel as needed.
