Fullstack Software Engineer (ShopBuilder)

What you will do

• Build and evolve scalable, high-performance web applications with React and Node.js.
• Translate complex product requirements into intuitive user experiences with product managers, designers, and backend engineers.
• Own features end to end, including refinement, implementation, testing, delivery, and technical risk assessment.
• Optimize loading times, rendering speed, bundle efficiency, cross-browser compatibility, accessibility, and usability.
• Improve CI/CD reliability, observability, automated test coverage, incident response, and root-cause analysis.
• Contribute to platform modernization, refactoring, security, scalability, and engineering standards.

Requirements

• 4+ years of software development experience with strong modern frontend engineering expertise at scale.
• Deep React knowledge, including component architecture, SSR patterns, RSC, and complex UI data flows.
• Proficiency with Node.js, MongoDB, TypeScript, schema validation with Zod or equivalent, and modern styling systems.
• Experience with Module Federation, webpack, Rollup, Vite, or esbuild.
• Experience with automated testing using Vitest or Jest, end-to-end testing with Playwright or Cypress, and CI/CD workflows such as GitLab CI.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience building design systems, template engines, configuration frameworks, SDKs, CLI tools, or developer-facing automation.
• React Native or mobile development experience.
• Knowledge of client-side and server-side rendering optimization, accessibility, internationalization, and semantic UI design.
• Experience with real-time interfaces, edge rendering, observability platforms, or performance monitoring.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted or no-code tooling for feature delivery.
