Senior Officer/ Officer, Credit Approval (Fintech)

Location: Quarry Bay, Hong Kong

What you will do

• Review customers’ financial status, Credit Bureau Reports, and internal credit history to recommend approval decisions for personal installment loan applications.
• Process credit applications in line with credit policies and underwriting standards.
• Manage and monitor the loan portfolio to maintain credit quality and compliance with lending guidelines.
• Perform verification checks to detect and prevent fraudulent applications.
• Participate in projects that optimize credit operations and processes.

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience with personal loan products.
• Experience with approval delegation is an advantage.
• Self-initiative, strong teamwork, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in digital banking, virtual banking, or fintech.
• Experience leading workflow automation, digital transformation, or operational excellence initiatives.
• Experience managing system enhancement projects and UAT activities.
• Familiarity with capacity planning, productivity management, or workforce optimization.
• Experience managing cross-border teams or using AI-powered productivity tools, workflow automation platforms, and data analytics solutions.
