Senior Consultant (Transfer Pricing Group)

Location: Onsite in Almaty, Kazakhstan

Requirements

• Higher education in economics, finance, accounting, business, or a related field.
• 4+ years of transfer pricing experience.
• Practical experience with transfer pricing analyses and benchmarking studies.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong research, analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines and coordinate junior team members.
• Upper-Intermediate+ English required for working with English documentation and communicating with clients.

What you will do

• Conduct functional and economic analyses of intra-group transactions and prepare benchmarking studies using specialized databases.
• Prepare transfer pricing documentation, including Local Files, Master Files, and Country-by-Country elements.
• Develop financial and economic models for transfer pricing calculations.
• Advise clients on business restructuring, new transaction flows, TP policies, and methodologies.
• Support transfer pricing audits and negotiations with tax authorities.
• Manage project workflows, coordinate junior team members, communicate findings to clients, and support proposals and business development.
