Consultant 1 - Technology & Transformation (Consulting)

Location: Almaty, Kazakhstan; onsite or hybrid at the employer's location

What you will do

• Support business and transformation engagements across multiple industries.
• Conduct research, gather information, and perform quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Analyze data, identify trends, and contribute to business insights and recommendations.
• Prepare presentations, reports, meeting materials, and other client deliverables.
• Participate in client meetings, workshops, and interviews, documenting discussions and actions.
• Support project planning, status tracking, meeting coordination, proposals, market research, and business development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Information Systems, Public Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience, with relevant experience in consulting, project management, strategy, transformation, or business analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills.
• Fluency in Russian and English required.
