Senior Consultant - Technology & Transformation (Consulting) (Technology Strategy, ERP, Digital Transformation): Leading enterprise transformation workstreams and designing operating models, governance frameworks, and implementation roadmaps with an accent on business analysis, technology capabilities, and measurable business outcomes. Focus on facilitating executive stakeholder workshops, developing transformation strategies and business cases, and managing risks, dependencies, and client relationships.
Location: Almaty, Kazakhstan; onsite or hybrid at the employer's location

What you will do
- Lead workstreams within enterprise-wide transformation, strategy, and business improvement programs.
- Analyze business challenges, organizational structures, processes, operating models, and technology capabilities.
- Design transformation strategies, target operating models, governance frameworks, implementation roadmaps, and business cases.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions with management and executive leadership.
- Manage project plans, risks, issues, dependencies, client relationships, and stakeholder communications.
- Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to proposals, business development, and thought leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4–5 years of experience in management consulting, technology consulting, transformation programs, PMO, or project management.
- Experience delivering complex technology or business transformation initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of at least one area: technology strategy, SAP/ERP transformation, digital transformation, enterprise architecture, program and project management, change management, IT governance and operating models, or data and analytics.
- Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills, including experience with senior and executive stakeholders.
- Fluent Russian and English; willingness to travel as required.
Nice to have
- Professional certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, SAP, TOGAF, Prosci, or equivalent.
- Experience in consulting or professional services organizations.
- Experience managing cross-functional and multicultural teams.
