Customer Support Technician

What you will do

• Perform standard Tier I procedures, including wafer measurement.
• Carry out preventive maintenance and wet cleaning independently.
• Assist senior engineers with corrective maintenance and technical diagnostics.
• Disassemble, clean, and rebuild equipment kits as part of kit management quality.
• Use documentation, test equipment, and knowledge management systems while following intellectual property and safety guidelines.
• Represent hirify.global professionally at customer sites and maintain an orderly work area.

Requirements

• Analytical skills and the ability to apply scientific methods to routine technical activities.
• Ability to recognize and resolve typical problems using established procedures or scientific methods.
• Ability to communicate information effectively and work with other teams.
• Ability to work in a cleanroom and use required personal protective equipment, including coveralls, hoods, booties, safety glasses, gloves, respirators, chemical aprons, and face shields.
• Physical ability to walk and stand for extended periods, work in tight spaces, bend, squat, twist, kneel, reach, climb stairs and ladders, lift up to 35 lbs., distinguish colors, work around challenging noise levels, and use hand and power tools.
