Senior QA Tester

Location: Hybrid working with 2 days in the office and 3 days from home; office location is not specified.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end test strategy and coverage for assigned games, integrations, or platform areas.
• Design, execute, and review manual test cases in Zephyr across frontend, backend, desktop, mobile, QA, UAT, and production environments.
• Investigate cross-system issues using Chrome DevTools, Redux DevTools, WebSockets, Swagger, Postman, PostgreSQL, DBeaver, Kibana, Groundcover, Kafka, and RedPanda.
• Author and maintain Playwright E2E and API automation, regression suites, shared utilities, fixtures, and testing patterns.
• Document and manage reproducible defects in Jira, including evidence, traceability, and follow-ups.
• Advise on release readiness, represent QA in refinement and planning, review automation, and support less experienced testers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software testing experience, ideally with web-based applications.
• Strong test case design, defect reporting, Agile testing, and sprint-based development experience.
• Hands-on automation experience with Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium.
• Experience testing REST APIs with Postman or Swagger and validating data with SQL.
• Familiarity with browser debugging tools, Kafka, WebSockets, or real-time messaging.
• Experience documenting issues in Jira and supporting or mentoring less experienced testers.

Nice to have

• JavaScript or TypeScript knowledge beyond test scripting.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated suite execution.
• Knowledge of Lighthouse or Artillery.
• Experience in online gaming, live streaming, or other real-time applications.
