What you will do

• Build and maintain the Cursor/Playwright-agent test loop including planning, generation, healing, and PR handovers.
• Mentor and pair with QA teammates to ensure team-wide adoption of agentic workflows.
• Extend and maintain the nightly Playwright e2e suite as a required merge gate.
• Perform manual functional testing to maintain context and credibility with the team.
• Detect, analyze, and isolate defects using Jira and TestRail.
• Coordinate with developers on CI pipeline health and flaky test resolution.

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on software testing experience with a strong background in manual QA.
• Demonstrated experience building agentic test workflows using Cursor and Playwright.
• Daily proficiency with AI tools like Cursor, ChatGPT, or Claude.
• Strong SQL skills and solid understanding of web/API architecture.
• Must be able to work during GMT+2 working hours for team collaboration.
• Experience testing integrations with third-party providers and compliance-sensitive flows like KYC/AML.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in FinTech or Web3 industries.
• Experience coaching or mentoring other testers.
